Full-time Schedule:

• Monday-Friday; 8:30am-5:30pm

What Youll Do

The Home Care Nurse Manager oversees clinical operations and nursing services for the Home Care Program and ICS program. This position provides leadership and supervision to Registered Nurses and assigned staff ensuring quality person-centered care and compliance with organizational clinical and regulatory standards.

• Oversees clinical operations and nursing services within assigned programs.
• Conducts and reviews nursing assessments develops individualized plans of care and ensures timely completion of required nursing visits and documentation.
• Provides direct supervision coaching mentorship and performance management for Registered Nurses and assigned staff.
• Recruits hires trains evaluates and develops nursing personnel.
• Ensures staff maintain required licenses certifications competencies and regulatory training requirements.
• Monitors compliance with clinical documentation Electronic Health Record (EHR) and regulatory standards; maintains audit-ready records.
• Collaborates with Program Supervisors Direct Support Professionals and interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality service delivery and positive health outcomes.

What Were Looking For

• To join our team you must have Two (2) years of supervisor experience overseeing staff and implementation of activities within the program
• Bachelors degree in recreation special education or related human service field preferred.
• 2 years experience with developmental disabilities and mental health populationspreferred
• Valid drivers license good driving record and current auto insurance
