- Oversee daily operations of home care services to ensure high-quality care delivery.
- Manage and train caregivers fostering a supportive and efficient work environment.
- Conduct client assessments and develop personalized care plans.
- Ensure compliance with state regulations and company policies.
- Monitor client progress and adjust care plans as necessary.
- Act as a liaison between clients families and healthcare professionals.
- Handle scheduling staffing and resource allocation effectively.
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting of care services.
- Bachelors degree in Nursing Healthcare Administration or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in home care management or a similar role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and best practices.
- Compassionate demeanor with a client-centered approach.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation required.
