Home Care Attendant

Join University Home Care Inc as a Home Care Attendant providing compassionate and reliable support to clients in Dexter MI. You will assist with daily living activities helping individuals maintain their independence and improve their quality of life in a comfortable home environment.

• Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing dressing and grooming.
• Provide medication reminders and monitor clients health and well-being.
• Support clients with mobility and transfers safely.
• Assist with meal preparation and feeding when necessary.
• Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe living environment.
• Offer companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Communicate effectively with clients families and healthcare professionals.

• Previous experience in home care or related field is an advantage but NOT required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable compassionate and patient demeanor is a MUST.
• The ability to pass background checks.
• Valid drivers license or state ID is required for the position.
• Reliable transportation is a plus.
