Home Care Assistant

University Home Care Inc is seeking compassionate and dedicated Home Care Assistants to join our team in Taylor this role you will provide essential support and care to clients in their homes helping them maintain independence and improve their quality of life. Your efforts will make a meaningful difference in the daily lives of those we serve.

• Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing dressing grooming and toileting
• Help with mobility and transferring clients safely
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed
• Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a safe and clean environment
• Monitor and report changes in clients health or behavior to supervisors
• Provide companionship and support to clients promoting emotional well-being
• Follow care plans and maintain accurate documentation

• Previous experience in home care or a related field is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently
• Reliable compassionate and patient
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation preferred
• Ability to pass background checks

• Competitive hourly wage of $14.00 - $19.00 paid twice a month
