Home Care Assistant

University Home Care Inc is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Care Assistant to join our team inNorthville MI. As a Home Care Assistant you will provide personalized in-home care and support to clients helping them maintain their independence and quality of life in the comfort of their own homes.

• Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing dressing grooming and toileting.
• Provide medication reminders and support as directed by healthcare professionals.
• Prepare and serve nutritious meals according to client dietary needs.
• Perform light housekeeping duties including laundry cleaning and errands.
• Monitor and report any changes in client health or behavior to supervisors.
• Offer companionship and emotional support to enhance client well-being.
• Maintain accurate records of care provided and communicate effectively with the care team.

• Previous experience in home care or healthcare is preferred but not required.
• Ability to pass background checks.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable transportation to travel to client homes in Northville MI.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting and standing for extended periods.
