Home Care Assistant

• Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing dressing grooming and meal preparation.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Help with light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment.
• Monitor and report changes in clients health or behavior to the appropriate personnel.
• Follow care plans and instructions provided by supervisors or healthcare professionals.
• Ensure clients safety by adhering to all established protocols and guidelines.

• Previous experience in home care or a related field is an asset but NOT required.
• Ability to communicate effectively and compassionately with clients and their families.
• Reliable transportation to and from client locations in Clinton Township MI is a plus.
• Ability to pass background checks.
