Home Care Assistant

University Home Care Inc is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Care Assistant to join our team in Chelsea this role you will provide essential care and support to clients in their homes helping them maintain independence and improve their quality of life.

• Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing dressing meal preparation and medication reminders
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
• Ensure a safe and clean environment for clients
• Monitor and report any changes in client health or behavior to supervisors or medical personnel
• Follow care plans and adhere to company policies and procedures

• Previous experience in home care or related field preferred but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting and assisting clients
• Reliable transportation to commute to client homes in Chelsea MI
• Valid drivers license and clean background check
• Compassionate patient and trustworthy demeanor

• Competitive pay ranging from $14.00 to $19.00 per hour paid twice a month
