Home Care Aide

University Home Care Inc is seeking compassionate and dedicated Home Care Aids to provide high-quality personalized care to our clients inWestland MI. As a Home Care Aid you will assist clients with daily living activities to help them maintain their independence and improve their quality of life in the comfort of their own homes.

• Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing dressing grooming and toileting.
• Provide mobility assistance and help with transfers and positioning.
• Prepare and serve meals according to dietary plans and client preferences.
• Perform light housekeeping tasks including laundry cleaning and organizing.
• Monitor and report changes in client health status or behavior to supervisors and healthcare professionals.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Follow care plans and safety protocols to ensure the well-being of clients.

• Previous experience in home care or a related field is a plus but not required.
• Ability to communicate effectively and show empathy and patience.
• Reliable transportation to travel to client homes in Westland MI.
• Ability to pass background checks.

• Competitive hourly pay of $14.00 - $19.00 paid twice a month.
