Home Care Aide

This role is ideal for caregivers who already hold an active California Home Care Aide (HCA) registration and are looking for flexible meaningful work with strong team support and wellmatched assignments.

What a Day Looks Like
Provide handson assistance with activities of daily living and personal care
Support safe mobility walking and transfers as needed
Prepare meals and assist with light household tasks
Offer companionship and engage clients in conversation and daily routines
Observe and communicate any changes in a clients condition
Accurately complete required care documentation

Pay & Benefits
$21$26 per hour based on experience and assignment

Qualifications
Active California Home Care Aide (HCA) registration
Experience providing personal care to seniors
Strong communication skills and professionalism
Bilingual or multilingual skills are a strong plus (Spanish Cantonese Mandarin Tagalog or other languages highly valued)
Dependable compassionate and detailoriented

Requirements
Background check clearance
TB clearance
Reliable transportation for client assignments (public transit acceptable)
