Job Summary
University Home Care Inc is seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Home Care this role you will provide essential in-home assistance to clients helping them with daily living activities to promote their independence and well-being. This position is based in Marysville MI offering a supportive work environment and the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others.
- Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing dressing grooming and toileting.
- Help clients with mobility and transferring safely within their homes.
- Perform light housekeeping duties including laundry meal preparation and cleaning.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
- Monitor clients health and report any changes or concerns to healthcare professionals or supervisors.
- Maintain accurate records of the care provided and clients condition.
- Follow care plans and adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure client safety.
- Previous experience in home care or healthcare is a plus but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions carefully.
- Reliable transportation to travel to client homes in Marysville MI.
- Background check clearance.
- Compassionate and patient demeanor with a genuine desire to help others.
- Competitive pay ranging from $14.00 to $19.00 per hour paid twice a month.
