Home Care Aide

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Care Aide to join University Home Care Inc inDearborn Heights this role you will provide essential in-home support to clients helping them maintain their independence and improve their quality of life.

• Assist clients with daily personal care tasks such as bathing dressing and grooming
• Support clients with mobility and transferring
• Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed
• Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a safe and clean environment
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
• Monitor and report changes in clients health or behavior to the supervisory team
• Follow care plans and adhere to all safety and health regulations

• Previous experience in home care or related field is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable transportation to and from client locations
• Willingness to undergo background checks

• Competitive hourly pay ranging from $14.00 to $19.00 paid twice a month
