Home Care Aide-24-hour shifts

Generations Home Care - Spokane is seeking compassionate and reliable Home Care Aides to provide 24-hour support to our clients in Spokane this role you will play a vital part in improving the quality of life for individuals who require assistance with daily living activities ensuring their comfort safety and well-being in their own homes.

• Provide personal care and assistance with activities of daily living including bathing dressing grooming and mobility support.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed.
• Administer medications as directed by healthcare professionals.
• Assist with light housekeeping tasks to maintain a safe and clean environment.
• Monitor clients health and report any changes or concerns to nursing staff or family members.
• Offer companionship and emotional support to clients during 24-hour shifts.
• Follow individualized care plans and maintain accurate documentation of services provided.
• Adhere to all company policies procedures and safety standards.

• Prior experience as a Home Care Aide or in a similar caregiving role preferred.
• Ability to work 24-hour shifts reliably and responsibly.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate patient and respectful attitude toward clients.
• Ability to follow care plans and instructions precisely.
• Basic knowledge of first aid and CPR is a plus.
• MUST be located in or willing to commute to Spokane WA.
• Pass background checks and any required certifications.
