Home Care Aid

University Home Care Inc is seeking compassionate and dedicated Home Care Aids to provide high-quality care and support to individuals in their homes in Willis MI. This role involves assisting clients with daily living activities to promote independence comfort and well-being.

• Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing dressing grooming and toileting.
• Help with meal preparation and feeding when necessary.
• Perform light housekeeping duties including cleaning laundry and organizing living spaces.
• Support mobility by assisting clients in moving around their home safely.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to help improve client quality of life.
• Monitor and report any changes in client health or behavior to the appropriate healthcare professionals.
• Follow care plans and safety protocols established by the company and healthcare providers.

• Previous experience in home care or related healthcare field is an advantage but NOT required.
• Ability to communicate effectively and compassionately with clients and their families.
• Reliable transportation to and from client homes in Willis MI is a plus.
• Ability to pass background checks.
• Certification in CPR and First Aid is a plus.

• Competitive hourly wage ranging from $14.00 to $19.00 per hour.
