Home Attendant

University Home Care Inc is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Attendant to provide high-quality in-home care for our clients in Center Line MI. This role involves supporting clients with daily living activities to enhance their independence and quality of life in a safe and comfortable environment.

• Assist clients with personal hygiene grooming and dressing
• Support with meal preparation and feeding as needed
• Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe home environment
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Assist with mobility and physical exercises as prescribed
• Monitor client condition and report any changes to healthcare professionals or supervisors
• Follow care plans and safety protocols to ensure the well-being of clients

• Previous experience in home care or a related field preferred but not required
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to perform physical tasks related to care-giving
• Reliable transportation to and from client homes
• Valid drivers license and clean driving record is a plus

• Competitive hourly wage of $14.00 - $19.00 paid twice a month
