THE POSITION
- Lead and oversee a high-quality breakfast buffet service ensuring exceptional presentation and guest satisfaction
- Provide hands-on leadership and direction to the onsite catering team in a fast-paced environment
- Adapt quickly to changing service demands while maintaining efficiency organisation and high standards
- Manage orders deliveries stock rotation cleanliness and build positive relationships with clients and customers
THE PERSON
- Proven experience in a similar fast-paced hospitality or catering environment
- Availability to work 5 mornings per week with a flexible can-do approach
- Strong understanding of food safety standards and HACCP compliance
- High energy excellent presentation solid work ethic and confidence using MS Office at an intermediate level
