We are seeking a Compliance Specialist to join the department to collect and analyze data tracks projects creates reports and works with many different teams to improve safety consistency and efficiency for the CSPS Department and High-Level Disinfection & Sterilization Program (HLDS).
This position helps ensure that the instruments and equipment used in patient care are cleaned disinfected and sterilized correctly every time. Errors in sterile processing can contribute to infections surgical delays equipment damage regulatory violations and patient harm. The Compliance Specialists work is aimed at preventing those outcomes.

Summary: Supports the Central Sterile Processing & Supply (CSPS) and High-Level Disinfection & Sterilization (HLDS) programs by leading compliance initiatives analyzing operational data managing cross-functional projects standardizing reprocessing practices developing dashboards and reports and driving process improvements to enhance regulatory compliance efficiency and patient safety.
Responsibilities:
Led compliance data analytics and operational improvement initiatives for Central Sterile Processing & High-Level Disinfection programs.
Managed cross-functional projects remediation plans and system-wide process standardization across sterile processing and procedural services.
Developed dashboards reports and performance metrics to support leadership decision-making and regulatory compliance.
Collaborated with clinical operational and executive stakeholders to improve workflows reduce process variation and enhance patient safety.
Supported implementation of instrument tracking and reprocessing systems while providing training and promoting best practices.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelors Degree Related Field of Study required

Licenses and Credentials
Experience: Experience in compliance legal or a related field 2-3 years required
Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
- Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations applicable to the industry or sector (e.g. financial healthcare technology).
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks and best practices.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently as needed.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
