Job Summary: | Located at ClinImmune The Center for Clinical Immunology this Entry HLA Molecular Technologist position will be performing clinical laboratory testing to determine compatibility of transplant recipients and donors including ABO-Rh and CMV total and chimerism DNA sendouts HLA Class I HLA Class II genotyping. This position adheres to standards of external regulatory bodies including ABHI CAP and CLIA and requires the professional to understand principles of histocompatibility and immunogenetics. This role prepares reagents while adhering to strict quality control guidelines performs and documents instrument function checks as well as preventive maintenance. The successful professional will work independently and with others; readily adapt to changes in the work environment; perform multiple tasks simultaneously; communicate effectively with others; participate in continuing education; and demonstrate initiative in accomplishing the goals of the laboratory. Anticipated Pay Range: | The starting salary range (or hiring range) for this position has been established as $60257 $80744. The above salary range (or hiring range) represents the Universitys good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. This position may be eligible for overtime compensation depending on the level. Your total compensation goes beyond the number on your paycheck.
