Key Responsibilities
- Gather analyze and document business and functional requirements
- Conduct requirement gathering sessions with stakeholders and clients
- Create BRDs FRDs user stories workflow diagrams and process documentation
- Collaborate with development QA and project management teams throughout the SDLC
- Analyze business processes and recommend process improvements
- Support Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning backlog grooming and UAT
- Assist in data analysis reporting dashboard preparation and business insights generation
- Track project progress and communicate updates to stakeholders
- Identify project risks gaps and dependencies proactively
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration Information Technology Computer Science or related field
- Strong understanding of SDLC Agile and Scrum methodologies
- Excellent analytical problem-solving and communication skills
- Experience with requirement gathering and stakeholder management
- Proficiency in MS Excel Word PowerPoint and reporting tools
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience as a Data Analyst or exposure to data analysis projects is a strong plus
- Knowledge of SQL Power BI Tableau or other reporting/data visualization tools
- Experience with JIRA Confluence or similar project management tools
- Exposure to Healthcare Banking Retail or Finance domains is preferred
- Strong documentation and presentation skills
- Agile or Business Analysis certifications are an added advantage
