Job Title: Business Analyst (Entry-Junior Level)
Location: Onsite / Hybrid - Virginia
Employment Type: W2
Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst to work with business and IT teams in gathering requirements analyzing data and supporting client projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather analyze and document business and functional requirements (BRD/FRD)
- Work in an Agile environment managing User Stories Backlogs and Sprints using Jira
- Perform data analysis and validation using SQL and Excel
- Support UAT and coordinate with QA and technical teams
- Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams
Required Skills:
- 1-2 years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Strong knowledge of SQL Excel and data analysis
- Experience with Agile/Scrum and tools like Jira/Confluence
- Understanding of SDLC methodologies
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Power BI / Tableau is a plus
