We are seeking enthusiastic and seasoned Human Services professionals who are passionate about making a meaningful impact in our community. Please join us for our upcoming job fair where you can explore exciting Service Coordinator opportunities and learn more about our team. Onsite interviews will be conducted during the event for selected candidates who meet the requirements.

The Office of Resident Services coordinates and delivers a wide range of programs designed to enhance the quality of life for HABC residents and support both economic and personal selfsufficiency. This job fair is an excellent opportunity to learn more about the work we do and the roles available within our department.

Positions Available
We are hiring multiple Site-Based Service Coordinators. Please note that some positions are grantfunded.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate monitor and implement Resident Services Incorporated (RSI) programs
Market programs to Public Housing residents City residents and community members
Identify screen and enroll eligible program participants
Collaborate with community partners to support program delivery
Utilize knowledge of resident services social services and leadership development to achieve program goals

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Sociology Psychology Social Work or a related field
At least three (3) years of progressively responsible experience in social services counseling or working with lowincome families (an equivalent combination of education training and experience may be considered)
Valid Maryland drivers license and insurability under HABCs plan
Eligible for coverage under the Authoritys fidelity bond
Must not engage in private real estate business
Availability to work some evenings and weekends
