About Us: At Maple Heights Behavioral Health we know how important it is to have a healing environment that promotes the very best outcomes for our patients. We designed our hospital in Fort Wayne Indiana using state-of-the-art innovations in patient safety and 120 beds our hospital is equipped to provide the highest-quality inpatient treatment for adolescents adults and seniors who need crisis intervention services. We also offer a partial hospitalization program (PHP) an intensive outpatient program (IOP) and electroconvulsive therapy (ECT) allowing us to meet our patients wherever they are on their healing journeys.
