Job Description
We are seeking a Business Analyst to work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver effective solutions. The role involves understanding business needs documenting requirements and supporting the implementation of system enhancements.
Responsibilities
- Gather analyze and document business and functional requirements
- Translate business needs into user stories BRDs and FRDs
- Collaborate with product owners developers and QA teams
- Support UAT and ensure solutions align with business expectations
- Analyze processes and recommend improvements
- Act as a liaison between business and technical teams
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology
- Familiarity with tools such as JIRA Confluence or similar
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Domain experience (Banking Healthcare Insurance E-commerce etc.)
- Experience with process flows or wireframes
