This is a full time 1.0 FTE position. Shifts will be schedule Monday through Friday between the hours of 8-4: may vary based on the operational needs of the department. This is a remote position. We are seeking an HIM Coordinator to:
Conduct daily reporting and scheduling duties to ensure smooth operations.
Manage staff shifts to adapt to fluctuating volumes and optimize efficiency.
Implement workflow enhancements to streamline processes and improve productivity.
Provide valuable support for various projects and testing initiatives to drive continuous improvement.

Education:
Minimum High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred Associates degree in a healthcare related field
Work Experience:
MinimumTwo (2) years relevant experience in healthcare related field
PreferredTwo (2) or more years lead level or trainer experience
Licenses and Certifications:
PreferredRegistered Health Information Technician (RHIT) or Registered Health Information Administrator (RHIA)
