    Position Information:

    Organizes all registration grading and master schedule processes and maintains all student records of students attending the high school. Serves as building expert on student record databases; answers user questions and creates various customized reports.


    Shift Details: 7 hours a day; 200 day calendar
    Continuing Position:Employees have reasonable assurance of continued employment to the following school year. However an employees total work hours work locations and the designated beginning and ending times may vary.
    FLSA Status: Non-exempt
    Hourly Rate: $38.52 per hour (2025-2026Office Personnel Salary Schedule) Effective Sept. 1 2026: $40.29 per hour
    Position Type/Level:Office Personnel Level E

    Minimum Qualifications:
    Education and Experience:

    • 18 years of age and hold a high school diploma or equivalent.

    and one of the following:

    • Hold a post-secondary or advanced degree; or
    • Earned a minimum of ten (10) relevant college credits; or
    • Have three (3) years of relevant experience.
