Position Description:
We are seeking a part-time in-person High School Math Teacherto provide 1:1 instruction during day-time hours

• Location: Wilmington DE 19803
• Type: Part-time
• Schedule:Flexible; We are looking for a math teacherwho can support up to 15hours a week between 8:30AM - 3:30 PM.Additional hours in the evening may be available. For the 2026-207 school year.
• Distance to travel to our center should be no more the 30 minutes

• Provide 1:1 instruction in high school mathin a school setting

• Develop tailored lesson plans based on student needs and learning styles

• Use creative hands-on approaches to make the subject engaging and relevant

• Maintainaccurate documentation of studentssessions grading and progress

• Communicate with parents regularly

• Adjust instruction techniques to accommodate students with learning differences

• A minimum of 3years of teaching experience with high school-aged students (excluding student teaching) in the topicofMath (like Geometry Algebra I & II Statistics etc.)

• Minimum of Bachelors degree required
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Current experience in working with students with learning differences. Being able to pivot to keep student engagement.
• Ability to adapt lesson plans and teaching approaches based on student engagement need and skill level
