High Net Worth (HNW) Producer

Seeking experienced and driven High Net Worth (HNW) Producers to join a growing Private Client Division. This is an exciting opportunity to work with true HNW clients including those with family office backgrounds and to contribute to the expansion of a specialized and thriving department. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in selling and closing HNW business with a deep understanding of private client needs.

• Validation Period: Typically 2 years extendable to 3 years for the right candidate.

• Prospect sell and close HNW business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with HNW clients including those with family office backgrounds.
• Collaborate with a dedicated service staff to ensure seamless client support.
• Meet and exceed sales targets contributing to the growth of the Private Client Division.
• Attend occasional in-person meetings or events as required.

• Licenses/Designations: CPRIA and P&C licenses required.
• Experience:
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HNW sales with a preference for candidates with 5 years of experience.
  • Proven ability to manage and grow a book of business with account sizes averaging $1000$10000 in revenue.
• Soft Skills:
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • High level of professionalism and discretion when working with HNW clients.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with relevant software tools is a plus.
