High-Intensity Clinical Therapist IDD Mental Health

Salary: $55000 annually

Envision Unlimited is seeking a compassionate High-Intensity Clinical Therapist to provide mental health services to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) and co-occurring mental health conditions. This position primarily supports individuals in our Short-Term Stabilization Homes (SSH) and Community Living & Transition (CLT) programs throughout the South Suburban Chicagoland area.

• Provide individual family and group therapy using evidence-based approaches.
• Conduct mental health assessments treatment planning and ongoing clinical support.
• Collaborate with DSPs QIDPs families guardians and interdisciplinary teams.
• Deliver services in community settings residential programs day programs and via telehealth.
• Maintain timely and compliant clinical documentation.

Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Social Work Counseling Psychology or related field.
• Illinois license (LSW LPC LMFT LCSW LCPC or LMFT) or license-eligible within 90 days of hire.
• Experience in mental health IDD services or both preferred.
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation required.
• Ability to travel throughout the South Suburbs with periodic travel to Kankakee and Aurora.
