Key Responsibilities

Consult with clients to understand their travel goals preferences and budget.

Design personalized high-end travel itineraries including luxury hotels resorts cruises and exclusive experiences.

Research destinations and recommend premium accommodations activities and transportation options.

Coordinate all aspects of travel arrangements such as flights transfers tours and special requests.

Provide exceptional customer service before during and after each trip.

Stay informed about luxury travel trends destinations and industry updates.

Maintain strong relationships with travel partners suppliers and hospitality providers.

Manage booking details and client information within CRM or booking systems.

Resolve travel issues or itinerary changes quickly and professionally.

Qualifications
