Any traveler not currently in possession of an active State of HI license must apply upon acceptance of offer. Candidate must have Hawaii License by start of assignment. General Job duties. Types of procedures required.3 years Intensive Care ExperienceEquipment utilized in the unit/ skills and minimum years of experience.3 years min ICU experiencePALS preferredSpecific licensures and certifications/registrations ACLS HI license NIH SS Cert (submit certification or take online 45 min class as part of orientation)Shift or schedule requirements. Must be flexible - Day or Night shift to be determined per roster period dependent on staffing needs. 3 12-hour shifts (36 hours) per week following first week of orientation. 2 12-hour call shifts per 4-week roster to other units/ needed may float out to other critical care and step-down size/number of rooms for this unit/dept.11Nurse to patient ratio of this unit.2:1Dress Code:Professional wear - Scrubs1 week orientation up to 40 hours
