Candidate must have Hawaii Licenseby start of Care Unit.15 bed unit. 3 Step down ICU; 12 telemetry. 1:4 for Progressive Care; 1:3 for Step down ICUShift or schedule 36 hours per week following first week of orientation. No guarantee of hours. no job duties. Types of procedures required. Primary Nursing care Telemetry monitoring Telemetry strip reading Fingerstick blood utilized in the unit/ charting Pyxis for medications BIPAP Continuous cardiac monitoringRequired skills and minimum years of experience. At least 1 year hospital acute care within the last year. Progressive Care and telemetry experience licensures and certifications/registrations preferred current PALS preferred NIHSS certification preferredFloating to other units/ will float to all acute units in house. Medical Surgical/Peds ICU and ER possibleDress
