Consistent with the Agreement between the North Canton City Schools Board of Education and the North Canton Education Association the following position is being posted for the period of August 26 2026 through September 8 2026 or until filled.
Long-Term Substitute High School Science Teacher
- Building: Hoover High School
- Effective Dates: Starting on or close to Oct. 1 2026 and lastingapproximately 6 weeks
- Assignment: Anatomy & Physiology classes
- Licensure Requirement: Candidates will need to have either a valid Ohio Teacher license certifying them to teach high school students or a valid Ohio Substitute Teacher license
- Certification in 7th - 12th grade science is preferred but not required
- Previous teaching or substituteteaching experience will be considered
- Experience in a science-related field will be considered
