Acclaim Home Health is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Health Aide (HHA) to provide quality care and support to our clients in Worcester MA. The ideal candidate will assist clients with daily living activities and ensure their comfort and well-being in their own homes.

• Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing dressing grooming and toileting.
• Help with mobility and transfers as needed to ensure client safety.
• Monitor clients health and report any changes or concerns to nursing staff or supervisors.
• Provide companionship and support to promote emotional well-being.
• Assist with light housekeeping tasks related to client care.
• Follow individualized care plans and maintain accurate documentation.

• Valid Home Health Aide (HHA) certification.
• Experience in home health care or related field preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable transportation to and from client locations in Worcester MA.
• Compassionate patient and respectful attitude.

• Competitive compensation: $18.00 - $20.50 per week paid weekly.
