Personal Care Assistant (PCA) Home Care

Are you looking for a position thats more laid back than working in a facility Do you prefer providing one-on-one care instead of caring for multiple clients each day Join Senior Helpers of Milford and make a difference in the lives of seniors by helping them remain safe comfortable and independent in their own homes.

We are currently hiring PCAs in Bellingham Blackstone Franklin Foxboro South Grafton Hopedale Medfield Mansfield Mendon Medway Milford Millis North Attleboro Sharon Stoughton Upton Walpole Webster Wrentham and surrounding Massachusetts communities.

As a Personal Care Assistant youll provide compassionate one-on-one care including assistance with bathing dressing grooming meal preparation medication reminders companionship light housekeeping laundry errands transportation and mobility assistance. Youll also monitor clients well-being and communicate any changes with our office while following each clients personalized care plan.

Qualifications: Previous caregiving PCA HHA or CNA experience is preferred but not required. Applicants must have reliable transportation a compassionate attitude excellent communication skills and be able to pass a CORI background check.
