Concierge Care is growing in the Palatka area and were looking for qualified Florida CNAs and Certified HHAs to join our home care team.

Were recruiting now for current and upcoming PRN client assignments. This is a great opportunity for caregivers who want flexibility while also having the ability to pick up recurring hours as our client needs increase.

Available assignments may include:

• Weekday and weekend shifts
• Morning and daytime care
• Afternoon and evening schedules
• Overnight assignments
• Recurring weekly clients
• Short and extended shifts
• Opportunities to add additional hours
  
  

• $18$22/hour
• W-2 employment
• Weekly direct deposit

• No personal liability insurance required

Were looking for caregivers throughout Palatka East Palatka San Mateo Interlachen Hollister and surrounding Putnam County communities.

Applicants must have either:

An active Florida CNA license

OR

A Certified HHA certificate from a Florida-approved training school

Working previously as an HHA does not qualify by itself. HHA applicants must have the required HHA certification.

-Active Florida CNA license or a Certified HHA certificate issued by a Florida-licensed training school (prior experience with another agency does not qualify)

-Valid drivers license and proof of auto insurance

-CPR certification

-Social Security card

-A recent health statement (within 6 months) indicating youre free of communicable diseases

-Completed CEUs:
2 hours Alzheimers 1 hour HIV/AIDS & 2 hours Assistance w/ Self Administered Medication

-Required dementia training through Elder Affairs
