HHA Caregiver Position FULL-TIME SOUTH SARASOTA, OSPREY, LAUREL, VENICE

We are seeking compassionate reliable and dedicated Home Health Aides (HHA) to join our caregiving will assist clients in their homes with activities of daily living promote independence and provide companionship and support to improve quality of life. • Provide personal care including bathing grooming dressing toileting and mobility assistance.

• Assist with light housekeeping tasks such as laundry dusting sweeping and changing bed linens.

• Support meal planning and preparation according to dietary restrictions.

• Monitor and record changes in the clients physical or mental condition and report to supervisors.

• Accompany clients to appointments errands or walks as needed.

• Offer companionship and emotional support.

• Ensure a safe clean and comfortable home environment.

• Follow care plans and company protocols to deliver high-quality care.

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• CPR certification required.

• Previous experience as an HHA or caregiver is a plus.

• Reliable transportation and a valid drivers license are required.

• Ability to lift turn and transfer clients safely.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong sense of responsibility and professionalism.

• Flexible shifts available: mornings evenings weekends and overnights.
