Saturday & Sunday: 8 am - 5 pm

Thursday Friday Saturday Sunday: 5 pm - 9 pm

Everyday: 5 pm - 9 pm (hospice)

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with daily living activities such as meal preparation medication reminders and companionship.
• Provide support with personal care services including bath assistance and grooming.
• Help clients with mobility and transportation needs.
• Keep accurate records of care provided and any changes in client condition.
• Communicate effectively with clients families and healthcare professionals.

• Enjoy working in a one-on-one setting eager to improve and continuously learn new skills
• Ability to perform all essential job functions with or without accommodations
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation every single day
• Validated ability to act in a compassionate and supportive manner
• Prior experience in a healthcare hospitality or in-home care environment (minimum of 1 year)
• Supportive and compassionate
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Take pride in providing high quality care
