Heavy Equipment Operator (Skid Steer / Mini Excavator)
Location: Buda TX
Pay: $25$27 per hour
Schedule: MondayFriday 5:00 AM start until job is complete
Job Type: Temp-to-hire (long-term opportunity)
Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Heavy Equipment Operator for a project in Buda TX. The role involves operating a skid steer (Bobcat) and mini excavator for site work including trenching backfilling and grading. Candidates must be reliable safety-focused and comfortable working early mornings.
Responsibilities:
- Operate skid steer (Bobcat) and mini excavator safely and efficiently
- Perform trenching backfilling and grading
- Handle materials and assist with site preparation
- Follow site plans and supervisor directions
- Perform daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment
- Assist with general labor as needed
Requirements:
- Proven experience operating skid steer and mini excavator
- Valid Drivers License required
- OSHA 10 certification required
- Ability to start at 5:00 AM and work until job completion
- Ability to work outdoors and perform physical labor
- Reliable transportation
- Strong safety awareness
