Coviais looking for a dynamicHeavy Equipment Operatorwho will have a positive impact on the Operationsteam at its Cleburne TXlocation.

The successful candidate will have the following Key Accountabilities:

• Operate heavy equipment such as frontâend loaders excavators haul trucks and dozers to move sand overburden and aggregate.
• Comply with applicable MSHA Regulations as outlined in the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) and procedures applying to the worker or person that are part of a safety and health management system for the site.
• Comply with provided instructions for safety and health of supervision at the site.
• Adhere to site procedures and instructions given by management.
• Load material into hoppers trucks and conveyors while maintaining proper feed rates.
• Perform daily equipment inspections and report mechanical issues promptly.
• Maintain clean organized stockpiles and safe roadways throughout the plant.
• Assist with routine plant maintenance cleanup and other labor tasks as needed.
• Follow all safety procedures lockout/tagout requirements and site traffic rules.
• Communicate with plant operators supervisors and team members to support smooth production flow.
• Work in outdoor conditions including heat cold dust and uneven terrain.

The successful candidate will have the following Minimum Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Previous experience within mining operations (preferably sand).
• Prior exposure to an understanding of operational equipment in sand.
• Demonstrated ability to operate heavy equipment adequately with 5 years of relevant experience.
• Demonstrated commitment to safety with previous experience in identifying and managing risks.
• Demonstrated experience contributing within a team of professionals to deliver set targets.
