Heavy Duty Forklift Operator with CDL

We have an immediate opening for a Heavy Duty Forklift Operator. Candidates should have at least one (1) year of experience operating a variety of heavy equipment preferably large industrial fork trucks.

Summary: AHeavy Duty Forklift Operator isresponsible for moving drill pipe around the Navasota Facility for product manufacturing and customer pick up. All operators must follow company safety guidelines at all times.

Job Duties:

• Operate large forklifts moving drill pipe materials throughout the facility.
• Maintain the material flow of production line(s) to which HEO is assigned to safely.
• Stage materialfor the next operation; will be requiredto pick up large pieces of lumber frequently throughout ascheduled shift.
• Makereal-time material movement transactions inthe Oracle database.
• Perform daily inspections ofequipment.
• Operate a shuttle truck transporting pipe from one side of the plant to the other across a public road. No Over the Road necessary for this role.

Qualifications:

• Heavy Equipment experience- 16-ton forklift/loader
• Must have a valid Class A CDL drivers license without airbrake restriction.
• Must have one (1) year of experience operating forklift trucks
• Computer skills
• Must have good math skills
• Must perform duties with minimal supervision
• Must be able to comprehend written and verbal instructions.
