This role requires a solid foundation in automotive/Diesel and mechanical systems as well as the ability to diagnose troubleshoot and resolve various technical issues. The technician will work as part of a team under the supervision of a lead technician or fleet : Monday-Friday 6:00AM - 3:30PMJob Duties:Vehicle Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes tire rotations fluid checks and replacements filter replacements and other preventive measures to ensure the fleets overall Assessment: Utilize diagnostic equipment and tools to identify mechanical electrical and electronic issues in vehicles. Analyze error codes and symptoms to pinpoint the root causes of and Replacement: Repair or replace faulty components including brakes suspension systems exhaust systems electrical systems and drivetrains. Ensure repairs are performed accurately and : Investigate and troubleshoot complex vehicle issues by analyzing symptoms conducting tests and researching technical manuals. Develop effective solutions to restore vehicle and Recall: Keep up-to-date with manufacturer recalls and warranty information. Coordinate with relevant parties to address any recalls or warranty-related : Maintain accurate records of vehicle maintenance repairs parts used and services performed. Enter data into electronic databases or maintenance Compliance: Ensure that all repaired vehicles meet safety standards and regulations. Perform thorough safety checks after repairs to prevent any potential Management: Order track and manage inventory of replacement parts and supplies. Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely availability of required Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other technicians lead technicians and supervisors to share knowledge discuss complex issues and solve problems and Development: Stay updated on the latest automotive technologies repair techniques and industry trends through continuous learning.
