Heavy Civil Equipment Operator

Location: Southern California
Pay: $30$40/hour based on experience
Schedule: Full-time with consistent overtime
Industry: Heavy Civil Construction

An established and growing heavy civil contractor in Southern California is looking to add experienced Heavy Equipment Operators to its field team.

We are looking for true operators who understand grading and earthwork not simply individuals who have spent time in the seat of a machine.

If you know how to read the ground understand grades and elevations and can safely and efficiently operate equipment on active heavy civil projects we want to speak with you.

This is a long-term opportunity with consistent work strong hourly compensation and regular overtime.

Qualified candidates should have experience with:

• Skid steers

• Grading equipment

• Earthwork and site grading

• Understanding grades and elevations

• Fine and/or rough grading

• Heavy civil construction sites

• Working around Foremen Superintendents and other equipment operators

• Maintaining safe and productive jobsite operations

Experience working for a heavy civil grading excavation paving roadway or site-development contractor is strongly preferred.

$30$40 per hour depending on experience and skill level.

The position also offers approximately 10 hours of overtime per week providing experienced operators with significant additional earning potential.

This isnt a short-term project or temporary assignment.
