As a Senior Associate on our Epic EHR team you will work with a team of technical and project management consultant to support integrated initiatives that optimize Epic systems driving sustainable enterprise-wide transformation. Youll collaborate with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders to deliver innovative data-driven solutions that address complex digital challenges. Your role will be pivotal in aligning Epic capabilities enhancing interoperability streamlining workflows and improving patient outcomes.

As a Healthcare Technical Consulting Senior Associate you will:

Partner with a team of healthcare technical and project management consultants to ensure the seamless integration data migration and system performance of Epic systems

Leverage technical expertise in Epic modules providing support to optimize the systems functionality in workflow and technology to improve hospital operations and financial outcomes

Provide guidance and recommendations on Epic applications offering suggestions and participating in discussions on operational and technology improvements

Identify opportunities for system optimization and enhancement to improve efficiency and user satisfaction

Requirements:

Active Epic Willow Ambulatory and/or Willow Inpatient certification with extensive knowledge of its products and solutions

3 years of Epic experience providing Epic consulting in hospitals and healthcare systems

Ability to gather requirements lead discussions and translate operational needs into Epic solutions

Experience participating in system build testing and implementation cycles

Project management experience with Epic implementations

Willingness and ability to travel when necessary however at times you are required to provide high-level services remotely

Current permanent U.S. Work authorization required

Preferences:

Undergraduate Degree (e.g. BA BS)

PharmD or equivalent clinical pharmacy background

Additional Epic certifications such as: ASAP Clin Doc Ambulatory Inpatient

Strong analytical communication and stakeholdermanagement skills

The estimated base salary range for this job will vary based on multiple factors including but not limited to specific skills or certifications years of experience market changes and required travel. The job is also eligible toparticipatein Hurons benefit plans which include medical dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs. The rate range of information provided isin accordance withapplicable state and local lawsregardingsalary transparency that are currently in effect and may be implemented in the future.
