Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage full-cycle recruiting across multiple functional areas with an initial focus on Healthcare/Health Services.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage 20 requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
- Handle full-cycle recruiting from intake through hire.
- Source passive candidates review resumes conduct phone screens and coordinate interviews.
- Partner with Hiring Managers HR Business Partners and Compensation teams.
- Manage offer negotiations and candidate experience.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 35 years of recruiting experience preferably in healthcare/health insurance.
- Experience recruiting Nurses Clinical Appeals UM Specialists STARS Risk Adjustment Quality or healthcare analytics roles.
- Comfortable recruiting across Healthcare IT Operations and Finance.
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter ATS MS Office and Teams.
- Strong understanding of medical terminology is a plus.
- Self-starter with excellent communication relationship-building and organizational skills.
