Schedule:

• MondayWednesday: 9:30 AM 6:30 PM
• Thursday: 3:00 PM 11:00 PM

Were looking for a professional reliable Security Officer to join our team in a healthcare environment in Danbury this role youll help protect patients staff visitors and property while providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Patrol interior and exterior areas to maintain a safe and secure environment
• Monitor entrances exits and restricted areas
• Respond to security incidents alarms and calls for assistance
• Write clear accurate incident and daily activity reports
• Enforce facility rules and regulations in a fair and respectful manner
• Assist patients visitors and staff with directions and general information
• Work closely with healthcare staff and follow site-specific procedures

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Prior security military law enforcement or customer service experience preferred
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and respond quickly in emergencies
• Strong communication and observation skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Must be able to pass required background checks and any state licensing requirements
