• Lead employer-side healthcare regulatory and compliance legal strategies for a diverse client portfolio.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships ensuring high-quality advisory services.
• Demonstrate command of federal and state healthcare regulations providing strategic guidance to clients.
• Drive practice growth through business development initiatives and client engagement.
• Collaborate with cross-practice teams to deliver comprehensive legal solutions.

• 10 years of experience practicing healthcare regulatory and compliance law with a strong employer-side focus.
• A portable book of business valued at approximately $1M with realistic transferability to the firm.
• Proven expertise in federal and state healthcare regulations and compliance frameworks.
• Demonstrated ability to articulate the commercial impact of legal work including risk reduction and growth facilitation.
• JD from an accredited law school and active bar membership or eligibility for Colorado admission.

• Established market presence through speaking engagements writing or industry involvement.
• Experience with innovative legal technologies and a willingness to embrace new methodologies in legal practice.
