Emerald Resource Group is looking for a motivated Healthcare Recruiting & Business Development Intern who wants real-world experience and the opportunity to learn the physician recruiting industry.

This is not an internship where you will spend your time doing busy work. You will work directly with experienced recruiters and company leadership while learning how healthcare recruiting works from the ground up.

Youll gain exposure to physician recruiting candidate sourcing talent mapping business development research LinkedIn recruiting technology and relationship building.

What Youll Learn & Do

• Learn the physician and healthcare recruiting industry
• Research physicians and healthcare professionals in specific markets and specialties
• Help build physician talent maps and candidate pipelines
• Identify and research potential candidates using LinkedIn and other recruiting tools
• Learn how recruiters build long-term relationships with physicians
• Assist recruiters with candidate outreach and follow-up
• Research hospitals medical groups healthcare organizations and decision-makers
• Maintain accurate candidate information in our recruiting CRM
• Learn how to use recruiting technology AI tools LinkedIn and other sourcing platforms
• Participate in recruiter meetings and training
• Assist with special recruiting and business development projects
• Gain exposure to how a recruiting firm develops clients and fills difficult positions

Who Were Looking For

You do not need previous recruiting experience. We are looking more for attitude curiosity work ethic and a willingness to learn.

This could be a great fit if you:

• Are currently in college or recently graduated
• Are interested in recruiting sales healthcare business marketing HR or entrepreneurship
• Enjoy talking with and learning about people
• Are comfortable doing research and working with technology
• Are organized and pay attention to details
• Ask questions and are naturally curious
• Take initiative instead of waiting to be told what to do
• Are dependable and follow through on commitments
• Want an internship where you can actually learn and contribute

Flexible Schedule

We understand that school comes first. Hours are flexible and can be built around your class schedule.

We are more interested in finding the right person than requiring a traditional 8-to-5 internship schedule.
