This is an entry-level recruiting role with real ownership hands-on mentorship and a clear path to growth. Youll learn full-cycle recruiting from the ground up while working on meaningful roles that directly impact patient care.

• Consistently meeting or exceeding monthly recruiting goals
• Building strong pipelines of high-quality providers and candidates
• Improving retention and candidate engagement
• Managing candidate expectations aligned with business needs
• Being a positive reliable teammate who shows up and takes ownership

• Learn and execute full-cycle recruiting
• Source candidates through job boards LinkedIn referrals and direct outreach
• Conduct phone screens and evaluate both technical fit and soft skills
• Build long-term relationships with candidates
• Use our ATS and sourcing tools to manage pipelines efficiently
• Support credentialing and compliance steps post-hire
• Partner closely with hiring managers and recruiting leadership
• Constantly look for ways to improve speed quality and outcomes

• 2 years of experience in recruiting customer service hospitality sales or leadership preferred
• Bachelors degree preferred

• Base Salary: $50000 $55000
• Total First-Year Earnings: $62000 $75000 (base performance-based bonuses)
