We are looking for a driven and resourceful Healthcare Recruiter who enjoys the challenge of finding qualified candidates for difficult-to-fill healthcare positions in Allied Healthcare.

This is a hands-on recruiting role for someone who is persistent organized comfortable talking to people and willing to think outside the box when traditional recruiting methods arent working.

What Youll Do

• Source and recruit qualified healthcare professionals through job boards referrals databases schools networking and other creative methods.
• Recruit for challenging healthcare positions in radiology laboratory and rehabilitation therapies and build a strong pipeline of potential candidates.
• Screen candidates and conduct initial interviews.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and healthcare facility hiring managers.
• Maintain consistent communication and follow-up with candidates hiring managers and HR within different facilities throughout the hiring process.
• Track multiple candidates at different stages of recruitment and pre-employment.
• Monitor required documentation and maintain accurate electronic and physical candidate files.
• Communicate with healthcare facilities regarding candidate qualifications interviews onboarding and facility-specific requirements.
• Adapt to different facility protocols requirements and processes.
• Participate in career fairs school presentations virtual presentations and other recruiting events.
• Represent QTS professionally when speaking with students faculty healthcare professionals and prospective employees.
• Assist with social media recruiting including filming videos and other recruiting content.
• Answer phones and assist with general office and administrative responsibilities.
• Support other departments and coworkers when needed.

Qualifications:

• Previous recruiting staffing HR healthcare or related administrative experience.
• Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Comfortable using computers email spreadsheets and recruiting platforms.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a small team.
• Reliable source of transportation for events

Preferred:

Healthcare or medical staffing recruiting experience.

Experience recruiting difficult-to-fill positions.

Experience with Indeed LinkedIn social media recruiting or applicant tracking systems.

Experience with career fairs school outreach or public speaking.

Bilingual (Spanish)
