Job Summary
Ironside Human Resources located in Dallas TX is seeking to hire full-time permanent Healthcare Recruiters to join our growing team! Uncapped commissions and new graduates are encouraged to apply!
Healthcare Recruiter Opportunity:
- Full-time permanent direct-hire
- Hours: 9:00AM - 5:00PM Monday - Friday
- Fully in office (remote/hybrid roles are not an option)
- Base salary with uncapped commissions in both the permanent and contract recruitment verticals
- HSA life insurance 401K and other benefits provided
- Hands-on training provided by our Senior Recruiters Operations and Leadership team members
- Heavy phone dialing position with daily dials objective
- Healthcare Recruiter must abide by all company protocols and procedures while navigating various recruitment databases and platforms to source candidates for client presentation
- Healthcare Recruiter will work with a diverse portfolio of healthcare institutions in sourcing screening facilitating interviews and assisting with offer extensions for a variety of positions both clinical and non-clinical
Healthcare Recruiter Qualifications:
- Some formal college experience Associates and/or Bachelors degree is highly preferred
- 1-2 years of customer service sales and/or recruitment experience
- Must be experienced with Microsoft Office Suite applications and present professional email etiquette capabilities
