Job Description:
- Manage healthcare IT projects using Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Create project plans timelines status reports and track deliverables
- Support business case and requirement documentation
- Coordinate with business teams IT teams and third-party vendors
- Lead project meetings track action items risks and issue resolution
- Provide regular project updates to leadership
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and defect resolution
- Ensure smooth transition and project closure activities
Requirement:
- 5 years of Project Management experience with IT projects
- 3 years of healthcare payer or healthcare industry experience
- Experience managing cross-functional projects
- Strong communication presentation and problem-solving skills
- Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Proficiency in MS Project Visio Excel Word PowerPoint SharePoint and Teams
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of IT SDLC
- Experience with JIRA
- Experience with data feed integrations and third-party vendors
Education & Certification
- Bachelors degree in Business IT Healthcare or related field
- PMP Certification required
